Because of our location most of our guests don't require vehicles or parking, however we do have three parking spots available. It would help us immensely if we knew you require parking in advance. Please indicate so on your reservation.

Description of Parking Zones.

1. NO Parking - Don't park here ever.
2. Downtown Parking Zone - 2 hour parking in effect from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. This means on a week day your car can be left here after 16:00 but must be moved by 09:00 and moved once every 2 hours until 16:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the parking is unrestricted.
3. Beltline Parking Zone - 2 hour parking in effect from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. This means on a week day your car can be left here after 15:00 but must be moved by 09:00 and once every 2 hours until 15:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the parking is unrestricted.
   
4. Metered Parking - Meters are in effect from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. This means on a week day or a Saturday your car can be left here for free after 18:00 but meter must be paid by 09:00. Sundays and holidays, the parking is unrestricted. The cost on a week day is $1.75 per hour. The cost on a Saturday is $0.75 per hour. There should NEVER be any need to pay for parking.
5. Permit Parking - Parking is by permit only 24/7. Park in front and come see us for a permit immediately. You will need to be directed to the spot under the condo to our south.
   
6. Unrestricted Parking - Parking is free and unrestricted. It is almost impossible to find a free spot during weekdays. However once you find a spot, it's yours.
